How far in advance should I book my move?

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for local moves. For long-distance relocations, please schedule 4-6 weeks ahead. Need to move quickly? We can accommodate emergency moves with as little as 24 hours notice.

Customer provides their own packing materials. If you’d like us to purchase materials for you, please email photos of the spaces to hello@henkamovers.com so we can calculate what’s needed. An additional logistics fee will apply (amount agreed upon with customer). Special TV boxes available to rent for $20.
Absolutely. We carry comprehensive moving insurance and offer additional coverage options. We’re also fully licensed and bonded for your peace of mind.
Yes! We have specialized personnel to move heavy items like pianos and safes. These require advance notice and have an additional fee since they need 4 people to move safely. Some items like pianos may need to be disassembled and reassembled on-site. Please let us know about these items when booking so we can prepare properly.
